Water Service Replacements to Begin

Work Performed Last Week, May 29^th to June 1^st

·         Completed testing of water main along entire project site

·         Continued with storm sewer installation.

·         No work performed on-site on Thursday and Friday due to scheduling conflicts.

Work Anticipated to be performed next week, June 4^th to June 7^th

·         Continue with storm sewer installation

·         Perform sanitary sewer main repairs as needed.

·         Begin water service replacements

The contractor will begin water service replacements this week. Water services will be replaced from the new water main to the existing valve and box located in front of each home. During the water service replacement, water to individual homes will be shut-off for approximately 2-3 hours while the transition from the old service to the new service is made. The contractor will notify each resident individually regarding the approximate time and day of the water shut-off prior to turning off the water.
